Wadeville – Ice Cream Storage Freezer Room
A large-scale industrial freezer room designed and installed in Wadeville for the storage of pre-frozen ice cream products.

Industrial Ice Cream Freezer Room Designed for -25°C Storage
Measuring an impressive 40 m × 12 m × 3 m high, the freezer room was engineered to maintain a consistent operating temperature of -25°C, providing the low-temperature environment required for reliable long-term frozen product storage.
To accommodate the customer’s operational requirements, the freezer was constructed with a concrete floor installed over EPS insulation, providing a durable surface suitable for the movement of materials and equipment within the room. The customer’s own steel access ramps were incorporated at the entrances, while the freezer doors were sized to allow convenient access for low-profile forklifts.
The refrigeration system consists of three 44 HP condensing units connected to six blower coils, providing powerful cooling capacity and effective air distribution throughout the large storage area.
An important feature of the installation is the inclusion of 50% backup refrigeration capacity, providing additional refrigeration redundancy and helping protect valuable frozen stock should part of the primary refrigeration system be unavailable.
The result is a robust, high-capacity industrial freezer facility designed around the customer’s storage, access and operational requirements.
